Buyecart returns, cancellations and refunds

Changing your mind

For our standard physical products, you may cancel without giving a reason from the date you order until 14 days after delivery. Tell us by email or another clear written statement, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

Email us for the correct UK return address and instructions before posting a parcel. This helps route returns to the right fulfilment location; your cancellation right does not depend on our approval. Please pack items securely and retain proof of postage.

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the standard outward delivery charge, if paid, to the original payment method. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For an order cancelled before dispatch, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as possible. Photos can help us resolve damage or an incorrect item, but do not limit your statutory rights. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we cover reasonable return costs and provide the refund, repair or replacement required by law. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit these rights.
