Buyecart UK shipping and delivery

Our Christmas calendars are dispatched directly to you by our UK fulfilment supplier.

• England, Wales and Scotland: free tracked delivery.
• Northern Ireland: £3.60 tracked delivery per order.

The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses only.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is usually 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Remote areas, including some Highland and island addresses, may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We will send tracking information when it is available. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you. We do not guarantee delivery before a particular Christmas or Advent date unless expressly confirmed.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your address at checkout. Email buyeco08@gmail.com promptly if you need a change; we may be unable to change an order once processing has started.

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact buyeco08@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
