1. About us

2. Products and prices

Please read the product description, dimensions and any safety information before ordering. The Christmas Street calendar is a 12-day calendar containing decorative miniature pieces. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where payable, and your total are shown before you pay. No discount code is needed for a displayed launch offer.

3. Ordering and payment

Check the items, quantities, email and delivery address before placing your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We send an order acknowledgement by email. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled items. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not change an order already accepted.

4. UK delivery

Our calendars are sent directly by our UK fulfilment supplier. Tracked delivery is free to England, Wales and Scotland; Northern Ireland delivery is £3.60 per order. Delivery is usually 3–5 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates; a specific Christmas or Advent arrival date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days. 5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

For standard physical products, you may cancel from ordering until 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; no restocking fee applies. Email us for the correct UK return address. Your right to cancel does not depend on our approval. Refund timing, standard outward delivery refunds and any lawful handling deduction are explained in our return policy. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods retain all statutory remedies, and we cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
